> Do you get “this” channel?
- Chances are, yes. We have over 4000 so most popular and premium channels we will have. And if we don’t have it, channels are constantly being added so if there’s a stream, we will do our best to get it.
> How much is it?
- Cost is ONLY $5 for the first month for one connection to test out. Normally it’s $10 a month for one connection and $5 more for each additional connection.
> Do you have any discounts?
- We run promotions every other month or so through our Facebook group, but the constant promotion we run is getting 2 months free when purchasing a year.
> Can you block Adult Content?
- Yes, the default password is "0000" and may be set by you to block access to channels, certain movies, or even entire sections.
> What speed do I need?
- While this answer can vary based on the amount of traffic on your internet, your ISP, how good of hardware you have, and how close the device is to your router; 30MBPS is what we recommend. We have some users who can watch live TV with 10mbps but it’s not recommended.
> Is this legal?
- Yes. A federal judge ruled that streaming content is perfectly legal in the United States. It’s downloading the content that is not legal. Since our app we only streams, there is no concern.
> If I want to cancel, is there a fee?
- No. Simply put, it’s 100% Pay as you go. You will not be automatically charged each month, nor is there a contract or obligation of any kind to extend your service. If you do not wish to continue service, it will simply run until your expiration date and then your login will no longer be valid.
> Can I use this service anywhere?
- Just about, yes. We have service members in South Korea as well as in several other countries and all 50 states. Your account is linked by Username and not device or location. So you can travel with it, or use our service on other devices.
> I love what I’m hearing! What do I need to do to get set up today?!
- All you need is a firestick (periodically available in the store) or android device and reliable internet. Once you have those, you can purchase service through the website and follow the installation instructions to download the app. When opening the app, you will come to a login screen. A Username and Password will be emailed to you typically within a few hours of completing your purchase depending on the time of day.
