Service
Once service is purchased, please allow a few hours for the order to be reviewed, and an account to be created.
When an account is created, a follow-up email will be sent containing your login credentials. These credentials will need to be entered exactly as each login will be "Caps-Sensitive"
If at any point you begin having issues with service such as: buffering, channels not working, inability to log in, or general questions or concerns; please go to the "Contact Us" page and fill out the form including your Username to the account and someone will respond at our earliest convienence.
Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the United States.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that shipping is included in all the products.
Upon purchasing a physical product, please include your shipping address so the product may be shipped without additional wait periods.
Once an item has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number.
