Troubleshooting

If you are experiencing frequent buffering or login issues, please follow a few of these steps as they are the most common fixes:

UNABLE TO LOG IN

  •  Ensure that your account is active and not expired
  •  Make sure the username / password is typed correct (It is caps sensitive)
  •  Make sure you are connected to the internet
  •  Frequent failed attempts will force the IP address to be blocked.
  •  If you are still unable to log in, please contact us

CHANNEL PLAYBACK ERROR (UNDER MAINTAINANCE)

  •  Ensure that you account is active and not expired
  •  If the issue is on a 24/7, International, or Regional Local channel, please be patient as these only have one source
  •  If an issue occurs on a PPV or Sporting Event, please note the time the event is taking place, as the stream will begin only once the event starts taking place
  •  If the Error is occurring on any other channel, please contact us with the channel, issue you are experiencing, and your username

FREQUENT BUFFERING

  •  Rest Router
  •  Test Internet Speed (Search "Speed Test" and download "Analiti" to run the test. If you're getting under 30, you may need to upgrade)
  •  Disconnect device from the TV for 5 minutes and reconnect
  •  Use "ES File Manager" and click on the broom to clear cache
  •  Delete all apps not being used
  •  If a previous Kodi build was installed, you may need to factory reset the device
  •  Uninstall the app and reinstall
  •  If buffering still occurs, please contact us
